Meet Baxter!  Baxter is a Shih tzu mix who is currently up for adoption at BARC.  Baxter is SUPER SUPER SWEET and gets along with ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE...he does well with kids...cats...and other dogs!  What a GREAT lil guy!!!  Please come see Baxter at one of our adoption shows or call for more info!!!
