My name is Lilly!! I was born on March 22nd. I was found when I was one day old in a garbage bag! Luckily, someone found me and brought me to BARC. I have since lived in a foster home where I was bottle fed and loved and cared for more than I knew the world could offer!! I have been living with kids and other dogs getting socialized every second of every day! I LOVE to cuddle and love.
